Thanks for your report.
The script is there to set some input method related env. variables in
case of a wayland session. (If an X session, /etc/X11/Xsession.d/70im-
config_launch is started via Xsession instead.)
Can you please explain how it is a problem if no input method
configuration is accomplished on a build server?
