Hirsute doesn't ship aufs anymore; no testing needed, just patching.

UBUNTU: [Config] CONFIG_AUFS_FS=n
We're keeping aufs in the source tree for backports but disabling
it starting in hirsute. Update the configs and annotations
accordingly.
