I was unable to reproduce this issue. The kdeconnect package is
available
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdeconnect/1.4-0ubuntu5) and
I was able to install it without any issues on Ubuntu 20.04.
Could you please run `sudo apt update` to check for updates and sync the
package list, then try again? If you still get the same error, could you
attach the output from `apt policy kdeconnect` and the full error
message from `apt install..`
