Please sync libwpd 0.10.3-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Cherry pick Debian vcs changes to fix the build with the new gcc
  [ Rene Engelhard ]
  * debian/patches/stddef.h.diff: add missing #include <stddef.h> to fix
    build with GCC11 (from LO tree) (closes: #984215)
