I have managed to solved this problem yesterday with the help of Ubuntu Support system on Telegram.. The problem in my case was the incorrect error in the ISO image that I downloaded from the official repo. This error might have creeped in while I was downloading the iso in parts through IDM. With the help of the Checksum correction I managed to fix the error of the ISO image. I used qtorrent and downloaded the partially incomplete and missing piece of the ISO. I have already installed and I'm currently running Impish Indri with zero problem... Thank you everyone! Impish Indri was a superb release..
