Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xdg-user-dirs-gtk
When replacing the folders in my home directory - Documents, Pictures,
Public, Music, Templates, and Videos - with identically named links
from a different partition or drive, only a fraction of the links appear
(Public and Templates). I must reload my home directory in order to see
the rest. The same happens when I replace those links with folders, or
those links with links, but this does not happen when I replace the
original folders with folders. This does also not happen when choosing
the "Replace" option in the popup dialog for each folder, but only when
choosing "Replace All". I have been able to reproduce this on my desktop
and my laptop.
