I have a MSI laptop "GS66 Stealth 11UH-094PL" which features "15.6 QHD
(2560x1440), 240Hz DCI-P3 100% typical, IPS-Level" display.

When I boot into Ubuntu (regular), it takes a VERY long time to boot,
but it finally boots. Linux detects 2K resolution and detects 240Hz
refresh rate, but when I select 240Hz refresh rate - it's still working
in 60Hz but showing 240Hz as selected/enabled refresh rate.

Related (or even the same) bug:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/intel/-/issues/125

Please let me know what information is needed. For this reason I am on
Windows, but I can live boot Ubuntu to collect required logs/dumps/data.
