Version 3.5 has been packaged and synced from Debian, currently in
Jammy-proposed (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/x265/3.5-2).
Normally it would migrate to the release archive shortly after, but it
looks like it would trigger some installation issues for other packages
(https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-
migration/jammy/update_excuses.html#x265)
