Public bug reported:
Ubuntu freeze short time after start. The system started freezing after
updating. I reinstalled 20.04.3 and it was still freezing. I've
installed a fedora 34 and the same thing happens. If I install 20.04.1
without updating then the system is working. When I boot into kernel 5.4
recovery, and boot to the desktop from there, it works. But when I only
select kernel 5.4 it also freezes.
