Public bug reported:
rpi-eeprom upstream (12.14) includes quite a few changes from the
current version in Ubuntu (12.4). Although some of these changes are
still in the "beta" branch of the firmware, we should update to at least
include the ability for users to test these boot eeproms if they wish to
do so.
