/usr/share/roundcube/program/include/iniset.php starts with a test for:
if (PHP_VERSION_ID >= 80000)
and refuses to run if this is true.
The version of php shipped in Impish is 8.0, so this test fails and
roundcube fails to start.
There is no earlier version of php available.
