Thanks for the request. I verified that our delta has indeed been
incorporate into the current Debian unstable release, so I agree this
package can be sync'ed.
As for the OpenSSL 3.0 FTBFS, I did a quick build using your PPA here
and unfortunately it still fails. I haven't investigated further to see
if upstream already has a fix; I'll leave this part to Lucas, who's
assigned to the haproxy OpenSSL FTBFS bug.
