Right now we have in the config step on all architectures: GlusterFS configure summary =========================== ... Link with TCMALLOC : yes
I think we should follow fedoras choice to - for now - only enable this on x86 where it is proven to provide a benefit. It is dysfunctional on arm64/s390x and we only have ppc64 left where IMHO the chances are high it might also have problems - better relying on the safer option here. I have uploaded a version with that to the PPA [1] and rebuild libvirt against that. Furthermore I have checked and this affects Debian just as much. Therefore I have reported it there as well [2] [1]: https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-service/+archive/ubuntu/4710/+packages [2]: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=999700 ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #999700 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=999700 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1950777 Title: Glusterfs 1.0 breaks libvirt tests on s390x To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glusterfs/+bug/1950777/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
