  We have test BIOS now for supporting pinctrl. From what we learnt, ODMs
  also got the BIOS fix, it's now time to re-enable this kernel config.

+ 1. Make sure the computer has a BIOS that supports pinctrl for EHL
+ 2. Before installing the new kernel, GPIO should not work
+ 3. Install the new kernel, and confirm GPIO works
+ 
+ [Where problems could occur]
+ If the computer does not have a BIOS that support pinctrl, you will get an 
error like "kernel NULL pointer dereference in intel_pinctrl_get_soc_data" 
during system boot.
