Public bug reported:
Upgraded Ubuntu to 21.10, running Ubuntu on Wayland (the default). Was
working at first, but this time I booted and ALT+TAB doesn't work. The
alt and tab keys work in apps, CTRL+TAB works, but ALT+TAB acts as if I
hit ALT or does nothing at all.
WIN+TAB does work.
