Public bug reported:
Using Epiphany snap version 3.38.6-2-gc27a8180e1 (latest stable) on
Ubuntu 20.04.3 (GNOME 3.36.8).
Navigating to a page and selecting "Install site as Web Application..."
does not result in the expected behaviour of creating a launcher icon in
GNOME. The web page does show in the list at Epiphany's own Application
Manager, and can be removed using the GUI. However there is no way to
open the web application or use it as intended.
I have also tested the behaviour using the DEB version of Epiphany, and
the bug is not present.
