Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
(L)Ubuntu better.

This could have been easily examined & corrected if it was detected in QA
(Quality Assurance) testing prior to release, but given
- it's been released,
- it's easy and common for users to change the wallpaper,
- it won't remain the default wallpaper for the current development (jammy)
release
it's likely to remain what was submitted by the original artist for use in the
impish release.

If you'd like to speak with the original creator, the discussion can be
found at https://discourse.lubuntu.me/t/made-a-new-wallpaper-with-
lubuntu-logo/2650
