It's still happening in Ubuntu MATE 20.04.3, Software Boutique 21.10.0

The problem seems to be that it fails to set up the Spotify GPG key,
via..

curl -sS https://download.spotify.com/debian/pubkey_5E3C45D7B312C643.gpg
| sudo apt-key add -

or similar.

Before then, the problem is shown by..

Err:7 http://repository.spotify.com stable InRelease
The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not
available: NO_PUBKEY 5E3C45D7B312C643
[..]

W: GPG error: http://repository.spotify.com stable InRelease: The following
signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available:
NO_PUBKEY 5E3C45D7B312C643
E: The repository 'http://repository.spotify.com stable InRelease' is not
signed.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore
disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration
details.

Upload the GPG key, and it works.

(Fresh 20.04.3 install, with the minimal installation option, so curl wasn't
installed by default and I needed to do that manually.)
