* No change rebuild for PHP 8.1
* d/t/control: Add allow-stderr to Restrictions
for autopkgtest to pass against PHP 8.0.

for autopkgtest to pass against PHP 8.0.
* No change rebuild for PHP 8.0
Autopkgtest allows stderr in Debian as well now.
