Binary package hint: ekiga

As per various blogs and forums, ekiga does not see and cannot talk to a
typical bluetooth audio earpiece of the sort we all use with cell
phones. While there are apparently a host of complex issues here, ekiga
could at least learn to read .asoundrc and collect the devices from it,
even if the alsa enumerator doesn't help it.
