Public bug reported:
This package FTBFS against OpenSSL3. There has been no new versions
since 2020 both in Debian and Ubuntu + upstream seems inactive since
around 2019. I don't think fixing this is worthwhile, so let's just
remove it for now and let it be reinstated by a MOTU or auto-sync (when
fixed).
