Public bug reported: The culprit might as well be the same as reported in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-panel/+bug/1881397
The reason I'm opening this, according to upstream, where I initially reported the problem, https://github.com/lxqt/lxqt/issues/2154 is that the problem has been fixed in the newest version. So upgrading lxqt-panel from 0.17.1 to 1.0.0 should be able to fix the issue. Please upgrade lxqt-panel to 1.0.0.
