Public bug reported: [Impact] When booting up with the TBT dock is plugged, the devices(USB, Ethernet) on the dock can't be recognized. It requires to run lspci command to wake up the PCI devices to make the devices on the dock work.
[Fix] The patchset fix this runtime pm issue. https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-usb/cover/[email protected]/ [Test] Verified on Dell ADL-P platform with TBT dock.
