Public bug reported:
Some parts of the xfce4-panel are not movable because they do not have a
"move" entry within their context menu. The context menu only shows menu
items from the application the icon represents.
Some of them:
- Module for state messages
- Module for messages
These show icons for various applications. These icons only show the
menus related to these applications, but no menu allowing to move or
remove the module.
