Xubuntu daily jammy ISO (2021-12-31) test on - dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e6850, 5gb, amd/ati radeon rv516/x1300/x1550)
no eject message occurred... eventually I went looking for it (ctrl+alt+various) and found the message; however ENTER at that point would not shutdown.
