I have Arabic problem in layout. (ﻻ != لا & ﻷ !- لأ & ...) this problem
fixed in 21.10.
I upgrade my system to 21.10. but Arabic layout stile as old ver.
(20.10)
Second Problem
KDE Arabic layout is not working in firefox or GTK applications. in both
upgraded & fresh install 21.10 system.

Expecting:
Arabic work fine in all Ubuntu systems , I readd like this problem every 3
years (since Ubuntu 6.??) . like this problem fixed many times & return in
other release as new bug !.
Also, Some Arabic fonts are not working in all ubuntu systems but working in MS
Windows.
And most readd this bug in every release . It was fixed in 7.10? & 10.10? .
