Thanks Andy, indeed with new kernels all the stability issues should be
gone.

What remains unsolved are all the firmware bugs without workarounds (see
the list I put together in this email: https://lore.kernel.org/linux-
wireless/[email protected]/) and the patch to
allow s0ix sleep during runtime, I'm not sure how/if I should follow up
on that: https://lore.kernel.org/linux-
wireless/[email protected]/T/#u

Anyway, given that this bug is specifically about stability, I'd say we
can finally close it.
