1. Wait for 1.7.1 to clear Debian binary NEW queue (it has new libfwupdplugin
binary package)
2. Upgrade Debian to 1.7.3.
3. Wait for 1.7.3 to clear Debian binary NEW queue (it has new libfwupdplugin
binary package)
3. Sync from Debian to Ubuntu
