Public bug reported:
When compiling the latest version of the VOTCA package on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
with clang version 10.0.0-4ubuntu1 one gets an error:
/usr/bin/ld: ../libxtp/libvotca_xtp.so.2022: undefined reference to
`std::__throw_bad_array_new_length()'
This compiled fine in the past.
With the attached Dockerfile one can easily reproduce the issue.
