I did the following operation on XPS 9370, I can get eDP back to on
after resume.

ubuntu@oem-4-4-somerville-xps13-italia-201708-25696-rt-dongle:/sys/class/drm$
cat card0-eDP-1/dpms
On
ubuntu@oem-4-4-somerville-xps13-italia-201708-25696-rt-dongle:/sys/class/drm$
sudo -s
root@oem-4-4-somerville-xps13-italia-201708-25696-rt-dongle:/sys/class/drm#
rtcwake -m freeze -s 15
rtcwake: assuming RTC uses UTC ...
rtcwake: wakeup from "freeze" using /dev/rtc0 at Tue Jan 11 03:55:00 2022
root@oem-4-4-somerville-xps13-italia-201708-25696-rt-dongle:/sys/class/drm# cat
card0-eDP-1/dpms
On

Here is my software info:
BIOS: 1.17.0
kernel: 5.11.0-46-generic

Could you try dist-upgrade to latest kernel? Also I saw some
snd_hda_intel error, the audio might be broken.
