That first issue is intentional behaviour. Although I agree with you and
don't like it either. You can find the previous conversations in bug
1716432 and bug 1884392.
For the second issue please open a new bug with the developers at

For the third issue please run this command to report the bug:
ubuntu-bug yaru-theme
For the fourth issue please run this command to report the bug:
ubuntu-bug nautilus
