Happens on my laptop too:
PCI: Failed to allocate mem resource #6:[EMAIL PROTECTED] for 0000:04:00.0
PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 7 of bridge 0000:00:1c.0
It stalls for a few seconds and then resumes
