Public bug reported:

Installed the upcoming Ubuntu 22.04 release with cacti but the poller doesn't
seem to run.
With a manual run of the poller (which is normally executed from cron) it
becomes visible the thing fails with a PHP error, see the following output:

<cut>
michelle@cacti:~$ sudo /usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/poller.php
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: round(): Argument #1 ($num) must be of
type int|float, string given in /usr/share/cacti/site/poller.php:333
Stack trace:
#0 /usr/share/cacti/site/poller.php(333): round()
#1 {main}
  thrown in /usr/share/cacti/site/poller.php on line 333
</cut>

The machine is up-to-date with packages until today, 2022-01-18.
It seems to me this has to do with the very very recent PHP 8 version.

If you want me to do some testing please let me know, this machine can
be used and I have some time available the next couple of days.

** Affects: cacti (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
