Please acquire the output of these commands from a terminal window or console:
uname -a --> uname-a.log
cat /proc/version_signature --> version.log
sudo lspci -vvnn --> lspci-vvnn.log
lspci -vv and lspci -vvn -->output
Please--these files should be "attached"!
