[Summary]
System will use sleep-inactive-ac-timeout after unplug AC adapter
[Reproduce Steps]
1. Plug AC and boot into OS
2. Open Setting > Power section
3. Adjust Blank Screen to 1 minute
4. Adjust Automatic Suspend to be On Batter Power and Delay 15 minutes
6. Wait 15 minutes
[Expected result]
System can enter suspend
[Actual result]
System won't enter suspend, the screen becomes black only. It takes
`sleep-inactive-ac-timeout` to automatically suspend.
