- Lubuntu 21.04 is now EOL; so I'm replacing in with the new jammy release on
this box. Install testcase is "Install using existing partition" which is

** Suspicion
I suspect the issue is NO-FORMAT flag of partition causes this to occur.
Given I only replace OSes rather rarely (most installs are clean; or
over prior versions of the same release) the change of releases isn't
that often.
