I'm also experiencing this on Kubuntu 21.10 In my case I'm also experiencing missing letters on texts, and other rendering problems. Kernel version 5.13.0.27 (64b) In my case the computer is a HP Envy 4 with a intel I3-2367M. Graphic processor is: MESA DRI INTEL HD Graphics 3000.
