The upgrade calculation has failed due to the fact that you have a
version of python3.9 installed from a PPA which provides a package
version number greater than the release to which you are trying to
upgrade. You'll need to remove the deadsnakes PPA using the tool 'ppa-
purge' from the package 'ppa-purge' for the upgrade to be calculable.
