Marco, further to comment #1 this issue needs assigning to an Ubuntu package in order for it to be looked at by the "Ubuntu dev folks" who seldom subscribe to bug reports tasked to the Ubuntu project in general.
You seem to be saying that this issue was with a 'generally available' kernel but fixed with an 'oem' kernel so I'm assigning this to the 'linux' package. Please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal: apport-collect 1953967 from the affected machine while the generally available kernel is active. If this is not possible then please add a comment to confirm this. When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu- bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs. ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: New => Incomplete ** Tags added: focal -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1959367 Title: Ubuntu 20.04 freeze after few seconds on an hp 15-dw1069nl To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1959367/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
