Public bug reported: The rpiboot utility in RaspiOS is required for working with the Raspberry Pi Compute Module boards, contains firmware required to recover from a corrupted flash, and utilities necessary for working with the new secure boot mode available on the CM4, 4B and 400 (certain board revisions of the latter two).
