Public bug reported:

pike8.0 appears to have no reverse dependencies in Ubuntu.

It has been unbuildable in Debian for 5 months and was removed from
unstable there. We'd have to tinker with the package's autoconf build
system to get it building again.

pike8.0 currently is one of the blockers for fully completing the
libwebp transition.

Please remove pike8.0 from jammy.
