Public bug reported:
Running Intel X710-DA4 NICs and they are no longer showing up since
upgrading to 5.4.0-97 from 5.4.0-96.
Note that we are running pf_ring ZC on this system and we are getting
errors.
The interfaces no longer show up with ifconfig either after boot however
they are seen in dmesg.
