Public bug reported:
On installing ubuntu 20.04 LTS on Apple MacBook Pro 16 inch, 2019, on
choosing ubuntu from the startup manager, a blank screen is obtained. If
we boot the kernels using rEFInd, then they get booted easily. Also, I
am not able to even boot into an Impish Indri ISO. A discussion of this
bug can be seen on https://github.com/marcosfad/mbp-ubuntu/issues/55
