Same thing, hardware is an Intel NUC NUC10i5FNK. OS: Ubuntu Server 20.04.3 LTS. Kiosk machine, when I select 5.13.0-28 to boot, it just freezes at loading ramdisk. 5.11.0-46-generic works just fine.
