Public bug reported:
After installing XUbuntu, when pressing Alt+Ctrl+Delete on the desktop,
the locking of the screen does not work. When running `xflock4` from the
command line, the error is:

** Message: Screensaver is not running!
/usr/bin/xflock4: 22: xscreensaver-command: not found
/usr/bin/xflock4: 22: xlock: not found
[/code]
I looked in the /usr/bin/xflock4 script and the command to lock the
screen is:

gnome-screensaver-command --lock || xscreensaver-command -lock || xlock $*
[/code]
It does not work because gnome-screensaver is not started and no xlock
package (eg. xlockmore) is installed.
