Public bug reported:

Version 1.1.1-2ubuntu1 of sane-backends does not migrate to jammy since
the autopkgtest for gscan2pdf fails for multiple architectures.

It's actually the upstream tests which fail, and gscan2pdf also fails to
build on Debian unstable with the very same errors:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1005576

Probably a gscan2pdf rebuild would fail on Ubuntu too, but I haven't
confirmed that.

Several other packages are blocked from migration because of this
problem with gscan2pdf.
