Public bug reported: Version 1.1.1-2ubuntu1 of sane-backends does not migrate to jammy since the autopkgtest for gscan2pdf fails for multiple architectures.
It's actually the upstream tests which fail, and gscan2pdf also fails to build on Debian unstable with the very same errors: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1005576 Probably a gscan2pdf rebuild would fail on Ubuntu too, but I haven't confirmed that. Several other packages are blocked from migration because of this problem with gscan2pdf. ** Affects: gscan2pdf (Ubuntu) Importance: High Status: New ** Affects: sane-backends (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: gscan2pdf (Debian) Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Tags: ftbfs update-excuse ** Also affects: gscan2pdf (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #1005576 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1005576 ** Also affects: gscan2pdf (Debian) via https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1005576 Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Changed in: gscan2pdf (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => High ** Tags added: ftbfs -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1960848 Title: sane-backends stuck in -proposed due to gscan2pdf autopkgtest failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gscan2pdf/+bug/1960848/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
