Public bug reported:
There are no available/pending updates (except through ESM which I do
not have a subscribtion to). There are no packages needing to be purged.
I cannot upgrade releases because it the system complains that
dependences for packages which aren't installed aren't being met.
fdisk appears to be one of the choke points. IDK why it cannot figure
out that it's not it's own package.
