Public bug reported:
My notebook's brightness keys worked in Gutsy (except after a
suspend/resume), but now they are seen as keycodes 101 (brightness down)
and 212 (brightness up). gnome-power-manager interprets them correctly,
but g-p-m does not quite know how to change my display's brightness.
Brightness of approximately 60% (according to g-p-m) results in lowest
actual brightness, while anything else (higher or lower) results in
maximum actual brightness. In Gutsy, the brightness keys did not send
events to X. Rather, they seemed to be handled by the BIOS.
