Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.22-14-generic

Since some recent upgrade (I don't know exactly which, though), I have
become unable to mount an NFSv4 filesystem, because the kernel panics.
It's not just an oops but an actual panic, because the system locks up
hard. It's a bit odd, though, because there are actually two separate
panics occurring in close series, and some kernel threads seem to
continue running (because the panic message is followed by a message
from the ipw2200 driver).

I'll stick the dmesg (taken with a serial console setup) in an
attachment.

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.22 (Ubuntu)
