Tested again on LibreOffice 7.3.0.3 on Windows 10. Now the formula line looks good but all LTR cells in the main view have font metrics mixed up, whether I'm currently typing them or not. For some reason, cells starting with a RTL character that Calc automatically aligns to the right behave as they should, although they're still not truly RTL, as the order of mixed LTR/RTL elements is wrong.
